    The details required by Royal Decree 933/2021, with the report prepared in the SES.Hospedajes format.

  • Online pre-check-in

    Guests fill in their details before arriving, from a link.

  • Invoices by series

    Issued from the booking record with sequential numbering assigned by the server, with no gaps or duplicates; once issued they can’t be edited or deleted. They open ready to print or save as PDF.

  • Cookies and consent

    A record of who accepts or rejects your website’s cookies, with date and categories (GDPR).

  • Protected access

    Two-factor authentication, per-section permissions and an activity log.

  • Isolated data

    Each client’s data kept separate at database level with row-level security.

The dashboard prepares the guest report file; you submit it to SES.Hospedajes from your own account. Invoicing does not include VeriFactu: it neither generates those records nor sends them to the Spanish Tax Agency.

Multi-property

One house or a whole group?

Add all your properties to the same account and switch between them from the dashboard itself. Each member of your team only gets into the properties and sections you assign to them.
