To connect portals through Beds24, yes: the connection uses your own account. If you only work with iCal calendars, you don’t need one.

No: there is no payment gateway. Your property’s website takes commission-free bookings and payment is by bank transfer or Bizum: the confirmation email includes your payment details and you mark the payment as received.

It prepares it: it collects the details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and generates the file in the SES.Hospedajes format. You submit it yourself from your SES.Hospedajes account, because the system offers no open connection to do it automatically.

No. The platform issues invoices from the booking with sequential numbering by series assigned by the server, but it doesn’t generate VeriFactu records or send them to the Spanish Tax Agency. If you need it, mention it in the demo.

With two-factor authentication that can be required per role, per-section permissions and an activity log that can’t be deleted. More under security and privacy.
