Connected to what you already use

Portals, calendars, your email and the guest report. What the platform connects to, how it does it and how far each connection goes.

  • Beds24

Channel manager: Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and more portals

Portals are connected through Beds24, using your own Beds24 account.

    • Portal bookings land in your calendar automatically, with amount, commission and reference (every 10 minutes)
    • Your availability, rates and minimum and maximum stay go out to the portals (every 15 minutes)
    • As a safeguard, out of the box it only closes dates on the portals; letting it open them too is switched on deliberately
    • Messages from Booking.com and Airbnb guests reach your inbox, next to their booking
  • iCal calendars

For the portals that publish them

For portals that don’t go through Beds24, or alongside it.

    • Imports calendars from Booking.com, Airbnb, Alohacamp, casasrurales.net and others every 10 minutes: creates bookings and blocks and spots cancellations
    • Exports one iCal link per unit, with no guest data, so portals can see your booked dates
    • Each portal never gets its own bookings sent back to it
  • Google Calendar

    Your bookings in your calendar

Every booking shows up as an event in the Google Calendar you choose.

    • One way only: from the dashboard to the calendar
    • All-day events, colour-coded by channel
  • SES.Hospedajes

Guest report under Royal Decree 933/2021

Guests fill in their details through online pre-check-in and the dashboard prepares the report in the SES.Hospedajes format.

    • Bulk upload XML file ready to submit, plus a CSV copy
    • Only what’s new: each batch is archived and never exported twice
    • Day-by-day submission history
    • You upload it yourself in SES.Hospedajes (Communications › Bulk upload): the system offers no open connection to send it automatically
  • Your email

SMTP and IMAP on your own domain

Emails to guests are sent from your address, through your hosting’s mail server, and your mailboxes are read in the dashboard inbox.

    • Confirmation, payment details, payment received, pre-arrival and cancellation emails are queued, with retries if the mail server fails
    • Reads your mailboxes over IMAP in read-only mode: nothing is marked as read or deleted
    • Recognises booking notifications from Airbnb, Booking.com, Alohacamp, Escapada Rural, casasrurales.net and other portals
  • AI assistant

    Powered by Google Gemini

Translates your website text into other languages, drafts posts, newsletters and descriptions, and helps put together the weekly menu.

    • Only people on your team who are logged in to the dashboard can use it
    • The text you ask it to translate or write is sent to Google Gemini for processing
  • Payments

Bank transfer and Bizum, no payment gateway

The platform doesn’t take card payments. The confirmation email includes your payment details, the guest sends you the receipt and you mark the payment as received.

    • Receipts are kept in private storage
    • Payments you mark as received go straight into the accounts
  • Analytics on your website

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta pixel

Your property’s website can carry these tags, which only load once the visitor accepts cookies.

    • Cookie banner with analytics and marketing as separate choices
    • A record of every consent, with date and categories

What isn’t there

So there are no surprises: there is no direct connection to Booking.com or Airbnb (it goes through Beds24 or iCal) and no card payment gateway. If your business depends on something that isn’t on this page, tell us in the demo.

Shall we look at your property?

Tell us how your property works and we’ll show you the platform with examples from your day-to-day. No commitment.
